COVID-19 Protocol

We would like all of our patient’s to know that the staff at Colorado Tinnitus and Hearing is here for you. Yes the Coronavirus has changed the way we all conduct business but it has not changed our commitment to you.

We have taken all recommended precautions by the CDC to keep our staff and patient’s safe. We want to be part of the solution in trying to flatten the curve. We are excited to find new ways and be creative in continuing to serve our patients.

We are happy to tell you that Amy, our Office Manager, is still available to answer your phone calls. She can still send you batteries and supplies. We can get you on the schedule for when we can open for in-office visits.

The Audiologist’s are still here for you and are able to do Tele Health appointments. We can help troubleshoot your hearing aid issues. We can talk with you by phone to make sure you are hearing the best you can during this time. If you need to talk to one of our staff, just let us know your needs.

We are also available to handle any emergency you may have with your hearing healthcare. You can call Amy and let her know if we need to schedule a curbside drop off of your hearing aid. We will do our best to get it fixed or find a possible solution with a loaner device in the interim.

I am convinced that we will get through all of this. We are focusing on how we can better serve you during these times. Please know our main concern is for you and your safety but we will get through this together!!!!
