Serving Littleton and Highlands Ranch Patients at Our Englewood Clinic

If you live in Littleton or Highlands Ranch, specialized hearing and tinnitus care is closer than you might think. Our clinic is at 3601 South Clarkson Street, Suite 220, in Englewood, just south of Hampden Avenue near Swedish Medical Center. From Littleton, it's about a 15-minute drive up Santa Fe Drive. From Highlands Ranch, most patients get here in around 20 minutes by taking Broadway or University Boulevard north. No slogging through downtown Denver.

That convenience matters more than you might think. Hearing care usually isn't a single appointment. You'll come back for adjustments, follow-ups, and check-ins over time. A clinic that's easy to reach makes it far more likely you'll stick with your care, and that consistency is what gets results.

Why Patients Leave Other Clinics Frustrated

Many of the patients we see from Littleton and Highlands Ranch tried somewhere else first. Maybe a big-box retailer, or a clinic tied to a specific hearing aid brand. They left feeling rushed, unheard, or pushed toward a product that didn't actually fit their needs.

Here's what's different about us. We're an independent practice. No manufacturer owns us, and we are not obligated to recommend devices to meet any sales quotas. That means when we make a recommendation, it's because we genuinely think it's the right fit for you, not because it's the easiest thing to sell.

We're also Doctors of Audiology, and it changes how we work with you. We take time to explain what your results actually mean before we ever talk about solutions. You'll leave your first appointment understanding your hearing, not just holding a brochure.

What a Real Hearing Evaluation Looks Like

Our testing goes well beyond the basic screening you might have had at a pharmacy or doctor's office. We look at how well you understand speech in noisy environments like a coffee shop, a family dinner, or a work meeting. We also assess how your ears function at a deeper level, and we consider how your hearing connects to your overall health, including brain health and cognitive function.

That fuller picture matters because hearing loss rarely exists in isolation. Treating it well means understanding the whole person, not just the audiogram on the page.

Conditions We Treat Under One Roof

Whatever brought you here, we've likely got a path forward. Our services include:

  • Hearing evaluations and hearing aids, fitted to your actual lifestyle rather than a one-size-fits-all approach
  • Tinnitus treatment, including Lenire, Neuromonics, and our own Modern Tinnitus program, which uses biometric tracking and is largely unavailable at other regional clinics
  • Sound sensitivity disorders, including misophonia and hyperacusis. If another provider told you nothing could be done, we'd like the chance to show you otherwise
  • Earwax removal, hearing aid repairs, and custom hearing protection, the everyday things, handled quickly and in-house
  • Cochlear implant candidacy evaluations, for patients whose hearing loss goes beyond what aids can address

We carry the major hearing aid brands (Phonak, Oticon, ReSound, Signia, Starkey, and Widex) and we fit them based on your hearing profile and daily life.

A Practice Built on Straightforward Care

Dr. Kalmbach founded this clinic in 2005 with a simple idea: treat every patient the way you'd want your own family treated. That means honest recommendations, plenty of time to answer your questions, and a real commitment to solving complex problems, even the ones other providers have given up on. Dr. Grabowski and Dr. Jenkins carry that same approach today.

Patients often tell us what surprised them most was how personal their care felt. They were listened to, understood, and treated as a whole person. That's the standard we hold ourselves to every single day.
